A court threw out NAC's lifetime ban of Wanderlei Silva, but the commission will impose new discipline at a meeting in late October.
It's been turbulent couple of years for Wanderlei Silva, but he might finally get a bit more clarity on his case later this month. On October 29th, Silva will be back in front of NAC so they can "impose new discipline" after his lifetime ban was thrown out, according to what Silva's attorney Ross Goodman told MMA Junkie.
The Nevada Athletic Commission ruled in September 2014 that Silva would receive a lifetime ban for failing to undergo a random drug test in the lead up to his UFC 175 bout with Chael Sonnen.
