Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) middleweight Wanderlei Silva was granted a re-hearing with Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) after a district court judge ruled in favor of "The Axe Murderer," who insisted the governing body overstepped its bounds.
Unfortunately, today's proceeding was put on hold when UFC Chief Legal Officer Kirk Hendrick produced an affidavit that attorney Ross Goodman -- the legal brains behind Silva's brawn -- wasn't given time to review or prepare for, according to Jeremy Botter (via MMA Junkie).
As a result, we'll run it back in about a month or so.
