"As Real As It Gets?"
Wanderlei Silva's crusade against Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) just took a turn to Real Town.
According to "Axe Murderer," UFC 189's interim Featherweight title fight earlier this month between Conor McGregor and Chad Mendes (video replay here) isn't the only fight that was "allegedly" fixed. Posting via his Facebook page, Silva declared that he can prove the world's leading mixed martial arts (MMA) promotion has fixed fights in the past.
Silva made the seemingly outrageous claim after his former cutman, Jacob "Stitch" Duran, was fired by UFC shortly after speaking out against the Reebok deal (details).
