May 5th is a holiday observed in Mexico the United States known as Cinco De Mayo, celebrating the Mexican victory over French forces at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862. This week’s episode of Lucha Underground took place one day removed from the annual festivities, and featured a number of subtle clues as to the future of the performers inside the Boyle Heights Temple.
