Conor McGregor was all set for his Hollywood debut when he nabbed a role on Vin Diesel’s xXx: “Return of Xander Cage” movie back in late 2015.
Then, Nate Diaz up and defeated “Notorious” at UFC 196 a few months later via rear-naked choke, forcing the fiery Irishman to focus all of his efforts on getting revenge, and eventually dropping out of his movie commitments.
That’s according to Diesel himself, who recently told Brazilian TV show Giro Combate in Brazil (via MMA Fighting) that Conor needed to go to a dark place in order to get his manhood back after suffering the first loss of his Octagon career.
