Video: Watch Kai Asakura’s shocking 68-second KO of Kyoji Horiguchi at RIZIN FF 18

UFC 241 captured all of the attention this weekend, but RIZIN FF 18 had a shocking main event finish of its own early Sunday in Nagoya, Japan.

Reigning RIZIN and Bellator MMA champion Kyoji Horiguchi (28-3) took on Kai Asakura (13-1), and if I told you the fight lasted just 68 seconds then you’d probably assume Horiguchi took care of business. Well if you did, you were wrong.

Asakura hurt Horiguchi with a counter right hand while backing up, putting Kyoji on wobbly legs. He poured on an onslaught of punches and knees as Horiguchi desperately tried to fight back, but another hard right hand decked Horiguchi for good and out he went.
