Tyson Fury (28-0-1, 20 KOs) made the most of his Las Vegas debut, as he put on a clinic against Tom Schwarz (24-1, 16 KOs) in Saturday night’s Top Rank on ESPN+ main event.
In the first fight of his reported $100 million deal with Top Rank/ESPN, Fury was the heavy favorite against the unheralded German, and he made sure he showed that he is several classes above Schwarz in the fight game.
Fury’s jab, head movement, and precise punching broke Schwarz down to the point of bloodying up (and possibly breaking) his nose. After masterfully avoiding several of Tom’s punches while against the ropes, Fury went on the attack and scored a knockdown late in round two.
