Sergei Kharitonov’s post-Bellator career is going just fine.
The 20-year MMA veteran finished his second straight opponent on Saturday at a Parus FC event in Dubai, clobbering fellow heavyweight lifer Oli Thompson (21-13). Kharitonov (32-8, 2 NC) landed a bomb of a right hand that put a stop to the fight at the 2:50 mark of round one after Thompson fell face-first to the canvas.

Kharitonov, 40, has won two straight fights for the first time in almost three years (excluding streaks broken up by no contests). After parting ways with Bellator in November of last year following a loss to Linton Vassell, Kharitonov has rebounded with knockout victories over Thompson and Fernando Rodrigues Jr.
