Aaron Carter’s boxing career was over before it even began.
The 33-year-old musician suffered a one-sided trouncing at the hands of retired NBA veteran Lamar Odom in their celebrity boxing match Friday night at the Showboat Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Odom, a two-time NBA champion who stands 6-foot-10, out-sized Carter by 10 inches and more than 64 pounds. He dropped Carter in both the first and second round with long punches before ending Carter’s night with a second-round flurry.
UFC Hall of Famer Chuck Liddell served as guest referee for the bout, which aired on Fite TV via online pay-per-view.
