Former Bellator MMA and Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) welterweight Jon Koppenhaver was back in court last Wednesday (June 3, 2015) in an attempt to dismiss a handful of his 34 felony charges, which came in the wake of his alleged beating of ex-girlfriend Christy Mack.
That request was summarily denied.
As his attorney, Brandon Sua, fumbled his way through what sounded like an argument in favor of the embattled mixed martial arts (MMA) veteran, 'War Machine" spoke out of turn and told Judge Elissa Cadish that he wanted to take a polygraph test.
