On Christmas Day, UFC veteran Jeff Monson stepped into the cage for the 85th fight of his professional career, and first as a Russian citizen. However, Cameroon native Donald Njatah Nua knocked out the ‘Snowman' in a little over a minute of fighting.
Monson (59-25-1) has now lost five of his last eight fights. Back in September, he was knocked out by Nikolay Savilov but was awarded the victory because of an illegal soccer kick at the end of the round.
