In the event that Conor McGregor fails to knock Floyd Mayweather Jr. out with his vaunted left hand, don’t worry! There is another boxer who has come through with the goods and delivered one of the best boxing knockouts of 2017.
On Friday night’s PBC on FS1 card in Oklahoma, middleweight Hugo Centeno Jr. (26-1-1 NC, 14 KOs) was an underdog to rising contender Immanuwel Aleem (17-1-1, 10 KOs), who himself scored a sizable upset against Ievgen Khytrov in an insanely entertaining brawl. Centeno isn’t known to have incredible knockout power, but he uncorked a fantastic left hook to send Aleem crashing to the canvas and out cold.
