Make it back-to-back highlight reel wins for super prospect Aaron Pico.
The heavily-hyped 21-year-old delivered again on Saturday, wiping Shane Kruchten out with a body shot in the first round of their featherweight bout at Bellator 192 on Saturday.
Pico stalked Kruchten and patiently waited for his opening before unloading with a hellacious left hook to the mid-section that caused Kruchten to immediately crumble to the canvas. It didn’t take long for the referee to jump in and wave off the bout just 37 seconds after it started.
The explosive finish comes four months after Pico picked up the first win of his MMA career, a first-round knockout of Justin Linn.
