Six-time IBJJF world champion Victor Hugo tapped out Nicky Rodriguez in the UFC Fight Pass Invitational 10 headliner on Thursday.
Things got off to a quick start with Hugo almost immediately pulling Rodriguez into his guard while Rodriguez attempted to pass on top. After a brief stalemate, the referee stood the athletes up, but they quickly returned to a very similar position and battled it out on the mat through the end of regulation.
Early in the overtime period, Rodriguez fished for a takedown, but Hugo stuffed his attempts with relative ease.
