The Simonovsky Court of Moscow announced on Friday afternoon that the final verdict on the controversial Russian heavyweight's sexual assault charges will be determined on May 19.
"The verdict will be announced on May 19 at 12:00 Moscow time," said court spokesman Oleg Shassaeva (h/t Sportbox.ru).
The Russian heavyweight, who spent a portion of his career fighting under the PRIDE banner, was charged with sexual assault, "kidnapping" by withholding a passport, and the forced use of "narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances.
