It will have been 13 months since his last fight, but undefeated featherweight Brian Ortega is ready to make his return.
And on Friday, it was reported that he’ll be facing Brazilian fighter Renato Moicano at UFC 214, which will take place on July 29 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif. The LA Daily News was the first to break the fight.
Ortega was slated to fight in October against Hacran Dias, but a torn labrum suffered in training sidelined him beforehand. He last competed against Clay Guida at UFC 199, which took place at the Forum in Inglewood.
