UFC's Jon Jones has another run-in with the law, headed back to court on Wednesday

Jon Jones can't get out of his own way.

The former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) light heavyweight champion was cited by a Bernalillo County Sheriff's Deputy back on Jan. 31, 2016, after he was caught driving without a license, registration, or insurance, which amounts to a traffic stop hat trick.

Not surprisingly, "Bones" will head back to court on Wednesday (Feb. 9), according to KRQE News, to answer for his latest run-in with Johnny Law.

While not typically the kind of offense that warrants a raised eyebrow, the timing couldn't be worse. Jones was recently booked to rematch Daniel Cormier for the 205-pound strap at the upcoming UFC 197 pay-per-view (PPV) event on April 23 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
