UFC's Johnny Case talks detached retina, would love to fight Conor McGregor in Ireland

Surging UFC lightweight prospect Johnny Case is in enemy territory for tomorrow night's Sao Paulo showdown with Yan Cabral, but as the Iowa native told the Three Amigos Podcast, he sees his "road warrior" status as a neat way to travel the world.

UFC lightweight Johnny Case hasn't lost an MMA fight since 2010, and he comes into the UFC Fight Night: Belfort vs. Henderson 3 card looking to extend his winning streak to a perfect dozen.
