Rony Jason is suspended for nine months after B sample came back negative, now wants to sue the Brazilian sports commission.
Last month at UFC Fight Night 67, TUF Brazil winner Rony Jason tested positive for the banned diuretic hydrochlorothiazide, following his first-round submission win over Damon Jackson. Jason claimed his innocence and promised to sue the Brazilian sports commission CABMMA, that was responsible for the testing, should his B sample come back negative.
Well, it didn't.
CABMMA released a statement on Tuesday, in which it announced that Jason's B sample has also tested positive, and that the Brazilian featherweight will therefore be suspended for nine months.
