Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) middleweight Chris Leben was sentenced to 120 days after pleading guilty to felony possession of an assault weapon, misdemeanor vandalism, and misdemeanor violation of a temporary restraining order.
All of which came on the heels of an altercation with his estranged wife back in June (original report here). In addition to his time behind bars, which begins on Sept. 21, Leben will not be allowed to have any contact with her over the next 10 years.
Leben, 35, was sentenced today but was not taken into custody, San Diego Deputy District Attorney Matthew Dix today told MMAjunkie.
