After 56 seconds of furious fists and phone booth fighting, Julian Erosa stopped Nate Landwehr with a flying knee at UFC Vegas 19.
Erosa had the final word, but not until he battled back after absorbing a right hand in the clinch that briefly took his legs. Quickly righting himself, he fired back with a series of uppercuts that forced Landwehr to backpedal. With space to work, he went airborne and clipped Landwehr on the chin.
The always-tough Landwehr immediately popped up, protesting the call. But video of the finish backed Erosa’s case.
