Joanne Calderwood is planning to make a move that could take her mixed martial arts career to the next level.
According to a report from UFC Tonight, Calderwood will travel to Montreal to train at Tristar Gym after spending her entire career in her native Scotland with the Dinky Ninjas team. Calderwood will spend an initial four-week trial period at the renowned gym to see if the transition will work for both parties.
Tristar Gym is headed by Firas Zahabi and is best known as the training home of longtime welterweight king Georges St.
