UFC President Dana White has been confirmed as a speaker on the second night of the Republican National Convention, according to a report from the New York Times.
Earlier this summer, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump expressed a desire to have White speak at the GOP Convention, which will take place from July 18 to July 21 at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland.
“Dana White, you know Dana White?” Trump asked at a rally in June. “U.F.C Guy’s a champion. These are champions.”
White joins an eclectic list of speakers that includes former Heisman trophy winner Tim Tebow and professional golfer Natalie Gulbis.
