Knight improved to 16-2 on Saturday night in Denver by submitting Caceres with a rear-naked choke at 4:21 of the second round, then called out Doo Ho Choi, who is coming off a loss to Cub Swanson in what is considered by many last year’s best three-round fight.
“I want the Korean Superboy,” Knight said after his 12th career finish. “That man goes out there and puts on a hell of a show.
