Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) was on the scene at UFC Gym in Chicago, Illinois on Thursday (July 21, 2016) for the UFC on FOX 20 open workouts, which gave mixed martial arts (MMA) fans -- as well as the combat sports media -- the chance to watch this weekend's fighters get sweaty.
UFC on FOX 20 will feature a women's bantamweight showcase between former division champion Holly Holm and streaking 135-pound contender Valentina Shevchenko. In the co-main event of the evening, Gilbert Melendez will return after a year-long suspension to take on Edson Barboza in an intriguing lightweight bout.
