Sage Northcutt has been suspended indefinitely following his submission loss to Bryan Barberena at UFC on Fox 18.
Northcutt, who tapped to an arm triangle at the 3:06 mark of round two this past Saturday at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J., will need X-rays of his right foot and toes before he is cleared to compete again. He was also handed a 30-day suspension for a forehead laceration.
The New Jersey State Athletic Control recently released a list of medical suspensions from the event, which saw Anthony Johnson knock out Ryan Bader 1:26 into round one of the light heavyweight headliner.
