A little over 1 year ago, T.J. Dillashaw captured the UFC bantamweight strap by upsetting Renan Barao with a fully fledged beatdown and a 5th round TKO. Dillashaw vs. Barao 2 was set up for UFC 177 before Barao's weight-cutting problem forced a last-minute cancellation. T.J. defended the belt against Joe Soto, and a rematch vs. Barao was scheduled for UFC 186 after the Brazilian beat Mitch Gagnon. Unfortunately, Dillashaw got hurt, but instead of this fight headlining a PPV, it's the main event of UFC on FOX 16 in Chicago. It's the first title fight to air on FOX since Demetrious Johnson stopped Joseph Benavidez in December 2013.
