“Durinho” dominated former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley for five rounds in the UFC on ESPN 9 main event Saturday at the UFC APEX in Las Vegas, picking up the biggest win of his career and a $50,000 Performance of the Night bonus.
The other Performance of the Night bonus went to Mackenzie Dern for her first-round kneebar submission of Hannah Cifers.
In a night that saw several entertaining bouts including Billy Quarantillo’s main card war with Spike Carlyle, and an exciting fight between Daniel Rodriguez and Gabe Green, it was flyweights Brandon Royval and Tim Elliott that scored the evening’s Fight of the Night award.
