Andre Fili has come out on the wrong end of some nail-biting decisions lately.
He had to suffer through another gut check on Saturday night but this time Fili got the nod with a split decision win over Charles Jourdain in a back-and-forth battle over three rounds at UFC on ESPN 10.
Two judges ultimately scored the fight 29-28 for Fili with the third official giving a 29-28 card to Jourdain. Still it was enough for Fili to secure the victory while moving to 3-1 in his past four fights.
“It’s act and react when you’re in there and that’s what I was doing,” Fili said about his win.
