UFC Lightweight drops surprise retirement announcement, leaving the door open

According to MMA Sucka, top 15 UFC lightweight fighter, Jalin Turner, made a surprise retirement announcement, though the retirement may be a permanent one.

In his past four fights, Turner is 1-3. Turner made his UFC debut on Oct. 6, 2018.

In UFC 313, Turner lost in submission to Ignacio Bahamondes, a fighter who continuing to make his ascension in the 155-pound division.

Jalin Turner ends his career with 10 knockouts and four submissions. He’s fought the likes of Dan Hooker, Moicano, Mateusz Gamrot, and King Green.

As Turner was on a five-fight winning streak, there were high hopes, and his record improved to 13-5.
