After 17-fights professionals, and four inside the UFC Octagon, Mark Godbeer is hanging up his four-ounce gloves for good.
The British behemoth, also a former BAMMA champion and Bellator MMA veteran, made the news official on his Facebook page early Tuesday morning.
This career change comes a little more than a month after Godbeer was forced to withdraw from his scheduled fight against Luis Henrique at UFC Sao Paulo this past weekend. The man known as “The Hands Of” was attempting to revitalize his UFC run in the light heavyweight division after spending the majority of career at heavyweight.
