In the main event of UFC Fort Lauderdale. Jack Hermansson put on the performance of his career to outlast Jacare Souza to a win a unanimous decision.
What was the high point of the fight?
Hermansson started off on the backfoot and attempted to chop down Jacare with some hard leg kicks. Towards the end of the first round Hermansson locked on to an arm-in guillotine but Jacare did a great job of defending the choke.
“The Joker” dominated all of round two after landing a takedown and attacking Jacare from the top. Body shots from Jacare in the third round started to add up an slow down Hermansson.
