The UFC’s #10 ranked middleweight Jack Hermansson just won a unanimous decision over the #4 ranked Ronaldo Jacare Souza in the UFC Fort Lauderdale main event.
The matchup had plenty of leather flying back and forth, with each man landing quality strikes. Hermansson got ahead early, landing his strikes and even going for a near-sub in the first-round. Jacare was never out of the fight. He continued to throw his hands, and started mixing in his body shots. Hermansson was in a bit of trouble there in the third round, but weathered the storm and came out strong for the fourth and fifth rounds.
