The first UFC rankings update for May is a good one for Robert Whittaker, whose middleweight move has paid off massively thus far. He finished Clint Hester in November and followed that up with a 44 second mauling of Brad Tavares last Saturday in Adelaide. Those wins are enough to get him ranked for the first time in his career. Aside from that, there were very few changes this go 'round, primarily due to the lack of ranked fighters.
