The UFC announced Saturday that it has reached a three-year deal with Roy Jones Jr. (RJJ) Boxing Promotions to stream up to 72 events on the online Fight Pass service.
Jones, 49, is a four-division boxing champion who previously worked with the UFC to have his retirement bout in Penscola, Fla., air on Fight Pass on Feb. 8, when he defeated Scott Sigmon via 10-round unanimous decision.
“I was elated when my partner Keith Veltre told me he had started talking with the UFC,” Jones said in a press release. “This is just the beginning of a long, lucrative partnership between these two brands.
