Seeking to reclaim relevance in the division he once ruled, Frank Mir will take on heavyweight knockout machine Todd Duffee in the main event of Wednesday’s UFC Fight Night.
Mir tipped the scales at 262 pounds during Tuesday’s official weigh-in, while Duffee checked in at 241 pounds. The big men will clash live on Fox Sports 1 tomorrow night in the featured contest of a 12-bout card at Valley View Casino Center in San Diego.
A two-time Ultimate Fighting Championship heavyweight titlist, Mir snapped a four-fight losing skid in February by elbowing Antonio Silva unconscious in under two minutes.
