Five undercard fighters from last Saturday’s UFC Fight Night could be sidelined for half a year due to injuries sustained during the Nov. 7 show.
Sherdog.com on Monday obtained a list of medical suspensions from the Brazilian MMA Athletic Commission (CABMMA), which oversaw the event at Geraldo Jose de Almeida State Gymnasium in Sao Paulo.
The highest-placed fighter on the card to receive a 180-day suspension was Polish lightweight Piotr Hallmann, who sustained a broken nose in his knockout loss to Alex Oliveira. Hallmann must have the nasal fracture cleared by a specialist or else sit out for six months.
