A new pair of bouts was announced for the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s Scottish debut on Monday.
Featherweights Robert Whiteford and Paul Redmond will square off when the Octagon touches down for UFC Fight Night Glasgow, as will welterweights Leon Edwards and Pawel Pawlak. The card, which is expected to stream on UFC Fight Pass, will emanate from The SSE Hydro arena on July 18. A main event for the card has yet to be revealed.
A member of Glasgow’s Dinky Ninja Fight Team, Whiteford will return to the cage after more than one year on the sideline.
