Once-beaten lightweight Alan Patrick has received a new opponent for next weekend’s UFC Fight Night.
UFC officials on Sunday announced that Patrick will square off against Octagon newcomer Damien Brown at the company’s March 20 event in Brisbane, Australia. Patrick was left without an opponent when his original foe, Chad Laprise, was pulled from the matchup to face Ross Pearson on the same event.
Patrick, 32, is a product of Rio de Janeiro’s X-Gym who has emerged victorious from 12 of his 13 professional outings, including a pair of UFC victories.
