Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) returned to the FOX Sports 1 network last Saturday night (Sept. 24, 2016) for the UFC Fight Night 96: "Lineker vs. Dodson" mixed martial arts (MMA) event, which took place inside Moda Center in Portland, Oregon (full results and play-by-play here).
As with most combat sports events, athletes tend to get hurt when they're repeatedly punched (and kicked) in the face. So it should come as no surprise to learn that Oregon State Athletic Commission flagged not just a few, but all combatants who participated, for injuries sustained inside the Octagon. Chief among them is former Bellator MMA Lightweight champion, Will Brooks, who is quite "Ill" after running into an overweight "scumbag" this weekend (watch highlights here).
