Three fighters could face six-month suspensions following UFC Fight Night 95 in Brasilia, Brazil, the Brazilian MMA Athletic Commission (CABMMA) announced Monday.
Erick Silva and Luan Chagas, who battled in the welterweight division and won Fight of the Night bonuses, suffered fractures in the bout. The victorious Silva suffered a broken orbital, and Chagas fractured his fibula. Both fighters were suspended 180 days, pending clearance from doctors.
The third fighter issued a six-month suspension was Gregor Gillespie, who defeated Glaico Franca via unanimous decision in the first fight of the night.
