UFC lightweight contender Michael Johnson led the way for Saturday night's post-fight bonuses, pocketing an extra $50,000 for his thunderous first-round knockout of Dustin Poirier in the main event of UFC Fight Night 94 in Hidalgo, Texas.
Johnson scored a massive victory by starching Poirier with a counter right following by a left hook just 95 seconds into their headlining bout. The win snapped a two-fight slump for Johnson and instantly propelled his name back into the lightweight contender mix.
The remaining UFC Fight Night 94 bonuses went to Chas Skelly, Evan Dunham, and former WSOF featherweight champion Rick Glenn, all of whom received an additional $50,000.
