Dan Henderson is as stoic as mixed martial arts (MMA) fighters come.
The 45-year-old Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Strikeforce and Pride FC veteran has endured a brutal -- albeit highly successful -- MMA career, capturing titles in almost every organization he's called home. Now, the long-time leader of the Team Quest fight camp will compete in his 45th professional fight.
"I'm definitely a better fighter now," Henderson told MMA Fighting. "Obviously, I'm a little bit older as well, and I'm sure certain things are a little slower, but for the most part I'm a much better fighter than I was then.
