Not surprisingly, main eventer Thiago Alves topped the list of UFC Fight Night 67 medical suspensions released by the Brazilian MMA Athletic Commission (CABMMA) on Monday.
Alves’ fight with Carlos Condit was stopped at the end of the second round, after Alves suffered a severely broken nose that might require surgery. As such, CABMMA levied him a six-month medical suspension pending clearance by a doctor.

The only other fighter joining Alves on the six-month list was Tom Breese, who must get medical clearance of his left wrist and hand.
