UFC Fight Night 67 medical suspensions: Alves, Breese out up to six months

If you didn't watch UFC Fight Night 67 this past Saturday, you only need one look at the picture accompanying this article to know that Thiago Alves got messed up. His main event opponent Carlos Condit shattered his nose, to the point that it appears to be driven up into his foreheads. Yikes.

So when CABMMA released the medical suspensions for the event, it should come as absolutely no surprise that Alves was handed a six month term (he can be cleared early by a doctor). Also, preliminary winner Tom Breese was given 180 days for a wrist or hand injury.
