The Brazilian MMA Athletic Commission (CABMMA) released a list of medical suspensions from the event on Monday. UFC Fight Night 125 took place at the Mangueirinho Gymnasium in Belem, Brazil, this past Saturday night.
Cachoeira absorbed a lopsided beating at the hands of Valentina Shevchenko in the evening’s co-main event, losing via rear-naked choke in the second round while being outlanded by 227 total strikes. The Brazilian has been suspended 180 days with no contact unless she is cleared by an orthopedist.
