The Arizona Department of Gaming has released the disclosed salaries for all of the contestants who competed in Sunday’s “UFC Fight Night 103: Rodriguez vs. Penn” event.
Most believe BJ Penn (pictured) should retire again after a lopsided TKO defeat to fast rising Yair Rodriguez, but the former UFC lightweight and welterweight champion has at least 150,000 reasons to return to the cage.
Penn was the night’s highest earner with $150K. Rodriguez, meanwhile, made an even $100,000, with half of his paycheck coming via win bonus, for smoking Penn.
Lightweight veteran Joe Lauzon may have thought he lost to Marcin Held in the co-main event, but he’ll gladly take home the extra $58,000 win bonus.
