UFC featherweight champ Max Holloway would ‘love’ to fight Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Add UFC featherweight champion Max Holloway to the growing list of MMA fighters looking for a boxing crossover fight.

Speaking to TMZ Sports ahead of his featherweight title defense against Alexander Volkanovski at UFC 245, ‘Blessed’ said he would love to share the boxing ring with Floyd Mayweather Jr., hailing the undefeated boxer a master of his craft.

“We’ll see what happens. First thing’s first, I got a big, important fight. But I would love to do that (box Mayweather). He’s one of the best guys ever to do that, and to share the boxing ring with him, that’d be a checklist thing for sure,” Holloway said (h/t BJPenn.
