The UFC’s #13 ranked welterweight Ricardo Lamas just finished the #14 ranked Darren Elkins in the third act of the UFC Argentina co-main event. The opening round was back and forth, with each man drawing blood from the other with Elkins getting in some clinch work. The leg kicks of Lamas really started to take a toll on Elkins in the second round, visibly hurting him. Come round three, Lamas landed a sneaky elbow on the feet, and then a couple on the ground to force the stoppage.
