Welterweight headliner Neil Magny and light heavyweight slugger Khalil Rountree were among three fighters to be issued 60-day medical suspensions in the aftermath of UFC Argentina. The Brazilian MMA Athletic Commission (CABMMA) released the event’s finalized medical suspension report to MMA Fighting on Monday.
Magny and Rountree suffered devastating knockout losses to Santiago Ponzinibbio and Johnny Walker, respectively, on the main card of UFC Argentina. As a result of damage sustained in the contest, both will be forced to sit out 60 days before returning to active competition, per CABMMA officials.
